When Brother Thomas Beard was in the states last month, a church in Arkansas donated many bags of good clothes and toys. This is a picture of his storage building. We were able to sort through some of the donations this past weekend and praise the Lord he didn’t have to pay too much of an import tax. There is a lot of logistical work that goes into this part of the ministry and we don’t do it often, but it’s very helpful to those in need here in Mexico.

Lirio de Valle

This is a big week for us.  This week we are inviting people from "El Poblado" community to services at the 'Lily of the Valley Baptist Church.  Our first service will be this Friday, April 26.  This church building was constructed in 1999 with a team that included Melanie's dad.  It has been closed now for a few years because the fields are white, but the laborers are few.  Lord willing, our brother Fermín's family and ours will be able to share God's love with these people.  We covet your prayers!

Moving Mexican Ministers This week David has helped move two Mexican Ministers. Fermin moved to Reyones Mexico to assist with the Open Door Baptisit church and open the Lily of the Valley Baptist church in a nearby village. Kurt is moving from Querétaro, Mexico to Grove City, Pennsylvania as an assistant pastor of Students, Discipleship and those who speak Spanish. #powleyjourney #helpingotherstellothersaboutjesus #instablog
